Cornus Alba Tree Gift

The Cornus alba is an upright, deciduous tree with dark green foliage that fades to a delicate green with pinky cream overtones, occasionally turning red and orange in Autumn. Distinct heads of star shaped creamy white flowers develop in late spring, early summer that are followed by globe shaped white fruits and beautiful scarlet red shoots spread in winter. The Cornus alba is a hardy winter tree that likes the full sun, attracting birds and bees.

Packaged carefully and delivered in a 5 litre pot at the height of between 1.2m and 1.5m, our tree gift makes the ideal eco friendly present.

The tree is watered before being carefully packed, arriving in a cardboard box lined with straw. As much recycling material as possible is used.

This item will be shipped by your chosen method on checkout, typically Royal Mail, but this may be upgraded to DPD courier when the parcel exceeds 2KG in weight. Packaging

RESPONSIBLY PACKAGED! Packaged with the environment in mind, your order will be wrapped in items which are easy for you to recycle - cardboard, shredded paper, biodegradable tissue paper etc. We re-use packaging & boxes from our suppliers where possible. It may on occasion be that some products, such as lanterns, include polystyrene to ensure they get delivered to you in once piece. Please ensure you reuse or recycle the packaging where possible.

Refunds

Trees are non-returnable, due to the nature of the item, unless in the unlikely event it is damaged in transit.

Our 'Trees as Gifts' are supplied by the original mail order tree company, Trees Direct, established well over 10 years ago - they know all there is to know on trees. Giving a tree will help combat carbon emissions, whilst providing a cleaner more sustainable future. Spraying is kept to a minimum. Gorgeous, natural and ready to grow! We can only really slap one of our eco tiles on these, but they deserve oh so many more!
