Why are you called Protect the Planet?
We are bringing together the biggest range of eco-friendly home & giftware available anywhere online. The kind of items you have to give, but you just want to keep for yourself. Our products are guilt free pleasures, and you can browse by credentials if you would prefer - Made in the UK, Energy Saving, Ethical, Get Outdoors, Recycled, Organic, Sustainable or Made in the UK.

I make/have seen a product I think you may like to stock, will you?
We are always keen to expand our range of products for our customers. If your product fits into our criteria then we will most definitely consider it. Please complete the form here.

How long will my delivery take?
Some of our goods are sent direct from our supplier (trees, waterbutts, composters..etc), so exact delivery dates cannot always be confirmed. We aim to ship our items within 48 hours, and we ship the item by Royal Mail First Class or Courier. Please check the 'Delivery & Returns' tab for product specific delivery information.

How much is postage and packaging?
Postage and packaging is calculated based on item cost at checkout, and the delivery method you choose. Larger items, or items which are sent direct from our supplier may be sent by courier. Please add the items to basket, to see our reasonable postal charges.

I need it fast, can you help?
We do not offer an express delivery service as standard, but if you need it the next day, please call our office on 01926 405 514 and we will try our best to organise it for you.

I want to return my item, is this OK?
Of course. As long as the product is in its original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition, then you have up to 100 days from purchase to return the item to us. We will not refund any P&P costs. Orders placed after the 1st October can be returned up until the 31st January the following year - get your Christmas shopping started early! Please note terms relating to return of Christmas decorative items apply.

My item has arrived faulty/ I didn’t order this item, what do I do?
Contact Us and we will get this sorted for you. The method of return varies on each product – but we endeavour to rectify all problems. 

How secure is the payment checkout?
Our checkout pages have the SSL certificate, meaning the pages are encrypted and secure. The payment processor is Sagepay, one of the leading online payment providers. We never see any of your credit card information, and you do not need to create an account to check out. If in doubt, contact us, or visit sagepay.co.uk for further information.

Do you post internationally?
Unfortunately not currently - all our deliveries are only available to the UK.
