The Packaging

Ourpackaging has your products safety at the forefront of its design -closely followed by the environment. Our goods are shipped in sturdycardboard boxes - fragile items are packed full with either bubble wrapre-used from suppliers, biodegradable 'green' bubble wrap which wepurchase or 100% biodegradable tissue paper (And incase you didn't know,normal tissue paper isn't biodegradable!). Lovingly wrapped, to ensureit gets to you in one piece. We hope you will be able to re-use all ofour packaging too!

Faulty & Damaged Goods (incl. Glass and Mirrors)

Some of our favourite products are fragile - We don't want that to put you off buying them.

Wewouldn't have them for sale if we wern't confident in getting themdelivered safely to your door. If, in the unlikely event your goods, includingany glass or mirror products are damaged in transit, we'll replace themfor you. Some larger, fragile items will be shipped by courier foradded security. In the unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged, youmust contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We willalso require photographs of the damage before replacements can be issuedfor obvious reasons. Rest assured, if theres a problem, we'll resolveit. Thats our promise to you, the buyer.

Refunds

This item is availablefor refund, up to 30 days from receipt of the item. The item must bereturned by yourself, in the original, unopened packaging. We can not beheld responsible for items lost in the post, and therefore recommendsending your item by trackable mail. The full purchase cost of theproduct will be refunded, less any postage and packaging charges. Wewithhold the right to refuse any used or damaged items. Please enclose your dispatch note with the item, and contact us by email or telephone before returning the item to us.
