This single Newcastle Brown Glass is handcrafted from a Newcastle Brown Ale Bottle. The embossed lettering is still visable on the glass, and it holds a complete bottle of the ale. The vintage label is removed from the bottle before its reshaped, and reapplied after. A fantastic eco friendly present. Please note this is a labelled product. The recycled beer bottle comes gift boxed.

The Packaging

Our packaging has your products safety at the forefront of its design - closely followed by the environment. Our goods are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes - fragile items are packed full with either bubble wrap re-used from suppliers, biodegradable 'green' bubble wrap which we purchase or 100% biodegradable tissue paper (And incase you didn't know, normal tissue paper isn't biodegradable!). Lovingly wrapped, to ensure it gets to you in one piece. We hope you will be able to re-use all of our packaging too!

Faulty & Damaged Goods (incl. Glass and Mirrors)

Some of our favourite products are fragile - We don't want that to put you off buying them.

We wouldn't have them for sale if we wern't confident in getting them delivered safely to your door. If, in the unlikely event your goods, including any glass or mirror products are damaged in transit, we'll replace them for you. Some larger, fragile items will be shipped by courier for added security. In the unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will also require photographs of the damage before replacements can be issued for obvious reasons. Rest assured, if theres a problem, we'll resolve it. Thats our promise to you, the buyer.

Refunds

This item is available for refund, up to 30 days from receipt of the item. The item must be returned by yourself, in the original, unopened packaging. We can not be held responsible for items lost in the post, and therefore recommend sending your item by trackable mail. The full purchase cost of the product will be refunded, less any postage and packaging charges. We withhold the right to refuse any used or damaged items. Please enclose your dispatch note with the item, and contact us by email or telephone before returning the item to us.

These recycled beer bottle glasses are brought to you by a fresh, vibrant and environmentally aware glass making company – specialists in unique,hand-crafted glassware. Working from their glass studio in Devon, they collect all the bottles within a 10 mile radius. These contempary and functional products are designed to minimize the impact on the environment. The award winning team have designed pieces for some of the worlds most famous brands including Wedgewood and Tiffany & Co. The talented trio’s range can also befound both internationally and through high street retailers. They’re taking a positive ethical leap to keeping Devons rolling hills green, and the seas turquoise. We take our hats off to the three of you.

NB: Please note this is a 'labelled' product. The labels are removed, and then reapplied after the bottle is reshaped. They are therefore not dishwasher proof, and should be rinsed and dried. The label is likely to wear over time. The label is the original from when the beers were first drank in the bar, so is likely to appear worn.

Whos? Glass are an environmentally aware team based in Devon who specialise in recycled glassware. The trio of skilled glass makers spend their days handcrafting drinking glasses, out of drinking bottles. They source their range of branded beer bottles locally, and have a stash of old vintage milk bottles which they heat, twist and turn into eco-friendly kitchenware. Most of their products come packaged in earthy, recycled cardboard giftboxes. The entire range is available here - nice, nice, nice.
