100 days to change your mind

We're that convinced you are going to love your purchase, that you won't even consider sending it back to us.

For that reason, we're offering you a massive 100 days to change your mind. You can peer at it through the packaging, um and arr, and, in the unlikely event you want to send it back, you can. Our 100 day returns policy commences from the day you purchase the item. Please email or contact us before returning any goods, so we know they are on there way back. A copy of your delivery note will help speed up the returns procedure. We can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit - we highly recommend sending your returns by secure, trackable mail (Courier, Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery). Goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the condition they were received. Once goods have been inspected, we will issue you a full product refund (excluding any postage costs). Faulty & Damaged Goods  (incl. Glass and Mirrors)

Some of our favourite products are fragile - We don't want that to put you off buying them.

We wouldn't have them for sale if we were not confident in getting them delivered safely to your door. If, in the unlikely event your goods, including any glass or mirror products are damaged in transit, we'll replace them for you. Some larger, fragile items will be shipped by courier for added security. In the unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will also require photographs of the damage before replacements can be issued for obvious reasons. Rest assured, if there's a problem, we'll resolve it. Eco-Friendly Loyal Points

The more you spend, the more points you collect. Its our way of saying Thank You!

You can now collect eco points online, through our entire product range, meaning theres not been a better time to buy eco products online. For every full GBP you spend, we'll add one loyalty point to your collection. And, you can deduct them on checkout by selecting 'use points', when you wish. Loyalty points which last one year! So you can deduct your loyalty points off any of these environmentally friendly products.

  1.  No cash alternative.
  2.  For each £1 you spend, you will be awarded 1 loyalty point. Loyalty points are currently valued at £0.03, but this may increase at any time.
  3.  Loyalty points are awarded only for the item value, and not P&P charges.
  4.  Loyalty points are valid for one year.
  5.  Loyalty points will be deducted from your balance where refunds are issued. Points are non transferable and are limited to one per household during promotions.
